NDIS Quoting Tool
From our consultations with small and medium NDIS service providers we continue to develop our NDIS Quoting Tool. We aim to return time to our clients, so they can focus on more important business activities, reduce human error and reduce the risk of under-quoting.
Our solution is enabling Program Co-ordinators and Virtual Assistants to produce the quote component in Service Agreements, giving time back to business owners of NDIS Service Providers.
Our solution generates detailed quotes for prospective NDIS clients to include in Service Agreements. It will calculate the number of weeks and types of support, based upon length of agreement and time. Our solution can support weekly and fortnightly supports, inclusion or exclusion of public holidays, differing service periods from the service agreement plan dates.
Our solution is comprehensive, it includes Transport, Centre Capital Costs and non Face-to-Face costs associated with services, all calculated for you.
We keep our solution up to date with the most recent Support Catalogue and include the previous year’s catalogue to allow for updates to existing quotes.
How it works:
Step 1: Collect client and broad service level details.
Step 2: Click “Launch Quote Tool” and start adding services.
The tool will automatically show and hide those supporting services, that the primary service can have. Including, Sleepover shift, Provider Travel, Provider Travel Non-labour Costs, Activity Based Transport and Community Participation Activity Fees.
When adding the service, the tool with add the respective public-holiday support as well (if included).
Step 3: Complete each service, when finished, select “Finish”.
The tool calculates the eligibility for Non Face-to-Face Costs and Establishment Fee once all services are added.
The “Quote Summary” page groups all services by Program and Category, ready for inclusion into Service Agreements.
Compatibility
The NDIS Quoting Tool is compatible with both Mac OS and Windows versions of MS Excel for Desktop.
