Changed the sequence of cost request when no amount exists. Now for weekly supports, only asked for cost once by FY.

Fix issue with weekly supports not returning to “Your Week” summary correctly.
Fix issue with weekly support not being recalled to Service Form.
Add condition for exporting tool settings for Mac users as “Not Supported”.
Fix issue of calculation of weeks not returning correctly, when the start date is during current FY.
Beta Features:
Un-Assigned - Added Program title of “Un-assigned.” All subsets of the support catalogue will get returned.
Service Override - Greater control of each service item, where if the automatic return is not correct, double-clicking will give all available options of similar service items.
Grant control of the “Un-assigned” and the “Service Override” functionality in the Admin Settings.
Known Issues:
Some specific supports will not get returned, like “Early Childhood Supports” this is due to the “time rate return” function, this also includes “individualised living options”. The solution is to use the Service Override on these occurences.
Quoting Tool Update v0.45
With further developments on the Quoting Tool, the following changes have been made to the latest version
New Features:
Service Recall
Be able to recall existing services and their supporting items; amend, delete and cycle through grouped services.
Amending and deleting services.
Copy Days
Within the Service Addition; selecting a weekday checkbox will now input a previous days information. No need to enter the same information again for multiple days. Do it once for the first day and select the remaining days for the service.

Fortnightly Support Occurrences
Now have the ability to change the weekly supports to fortnightly supports. Includes the public holidays that occur, given that the start date is the first week that the fortnight begins.

Note for the fortnightly support, the number of public holidays have changed to reflect what public holidays fall on the given week within the fortnight.

Support frequency is now indicated in the detailed Quote page under the frequency heading. The “Weekly Cost” for the fortnightly supports are now returned at half of the weekly cost.
Bug Fixes/ Improvements:
Fix the incorrect calculation of Community Social and Recreational Activities “Avg # Weeks” in the Quote Summary, now will correctly reflect the number of weeks.
Small UI changes to placement of elements on the Service Addition form.
Change anchoring of zoom for the Service Addition form, from the centre of the original screen to the top-left of the form instance.
Fixed “0 week” entries to the Quote details. Now correctly doesn’t return an entry if there is no weeks.
Fixed incorrect return of evening rate when service end time finishes at exactly 2000h. Now correctly returns day rate up to and including a finish time of 2000h.
Fixed bug in the Summary sheet return for each day, now returns the correct entries.
Added frequency for each Summary sheet return to indicate either weekly of fortnightly.
Separated out the number of days between the public holiday days and non-public holiday days.
Fixed bug in the Summary sheet return, where times would appear in the subsequent days.

Quote Tool updates from user feedback
After feedback from users there was a number of minor updates and bug fixes in this version.
Feature updates:
The format of “Your Week” has now change from a “comma separated” format to “newline separated” format.
Text colour can now be changed as part of the colour scheme.
User validation now supports two methods; current Environment username validation which still remains the primary method, otherwise the declared username as part of the checkout process.
Bug fixes:
Issue with existing connections was causing a warning when initially opening the file for the first time.
Fixed intensive and complex behaviour eligible supports not returning correctly for weekend supports.
Fixed formatting of “units per week” to a two decimal place number.
Fixed sorting algorithm for “Summary” worksheet to sort chronological support times from the same Program on the same day.
Fixed error handling of no start time entries when completing the support end time.
Future features:
After some observation of user interaction, it was evident that there was excessive copy and pasting the same information over multiple days. To remedy this, work on a method to copy all previous day information to the days below is underway.
After feedback, there is an interest of creating fortnightly and monthly supports to be an option. How this will be implemented is yet to be determined.
Known errors:
There are couple of known issues that are being remedied at the moment; these are,
Medium term accommodation.
This a day charge instead of hourly charge, it is suspected that this is not being calculated correctly.
Provider Travel Non-labour costs.
This is currently calculated as a sum within Programs and Support items, where it should sum within Programs instead.
No previous FY supports.
A return to the Quote sheet will still be returned, however with no cost associated.
No internet connection error handling.
If when initially opening to add Services, under some circumstances the failed HTTP request will return as an unhandled error.
In this event, click “Close,” check your internet connection and reopen the Client form.
