Quoting Tool Update v0.45

With further developments on the Quoting Tool, the following changes have been made to the latest version

New Features:

Service Recall

Be able to recall existing services and their supporting items; amend, delete and cycle through grouped services.

Amending and deleting services.

Copy Days

Within the Service Addition; selecting a weekday checkbox will now input a previous days information. No need to enter the same information again for multiple days. Do it once for the first day and select the remaining days for the service.

Fortnightly Support Occurrences

Now have the ability to change the weekly supports to fortnightly supports. Includes the public holidays that occur, given that the start date is the first week that the fortnight begins.

Fortnightly Support selected. 

Note for the fortnightly support, the number of public holidays have changed to reflect what public holidays fall on the given week within the fortnight.

Comparison between Weekly and Fortnightly Supports.

Support frequency is now indicated in the detailed Quote page under the frequency heading. The “Weekly Cost” for the fortnightly supports are now returned at half of the weekly cost.

Bug Fixes/ Improvements:

1. Fix the incorrect calculation of Community Social and Recreational Activities “Avg # Weeks” in the Quote Summary, now will correctly reflect the number of weeks.

2. Small UI changes to placement of elements on the Service Addition form.

3. Change anchoring of zoom for the Service Addition form, from the centre of the original screen to the top-left of the form instance.

4. Fixed “0 week” entries to the Quote details. Now correctly doesn’t return an entry if there is no weeks.

5. Fixed incorrect return of evening rate when service end time finishes at exactly 2000h. Now correctly returns day rate up to and including a finish time of 2000h.

6. Fixed bug in the Summary sheet return for each day, now returns the correct entries.

7. Added frequency for each Summary sheet return to indicate either weekly of fortnightly.

8. Separated out the number of days between the public holiday days and non-public holiday days.

9. Fixed bug in the Summary sheet return, where times would appear in the subsequent days.

10. Divided Quote Summary into Weekly and Fortnightly Quote areas.

Known Issues:

1. Issue with weekly service return to your week, only includes the first occurence.
