Process automation is the use of software to perform repetitive tasks or processes with minimal human input.

Our approach

We start with a phone call (or coffee if local), and we start with the questions that we ask as part of the start of the engagement.

Here we get to know your needs, your goals, your direction, and where you see our services being of use.

At the end of the consult you determine whether we can be of service.

Discovery

This is where Fulcrum Dynamics gets to do our research on the issue, and how your business operates.

We don’t pretend to know how your business works, so we will be asking lots of questions.

This is not likely to be in one go, and we will continue to learn things on the way, but the big goals will get hashed out.

Now the technical bit, we look to design and develop the solution, taking into consideration what technology your business already uses (we don’t believe re-inventing the wheel).

We will periodically revisit this a few times as part of the next step.

This part is with your help. We look to test the solution to see that it works as intended. We value feedback from both you as the owner and the people who will be using it.

We most likely need to step back to our Discovery and Develop steps, to make sure we get the right solution.
